There are a number of skills that, if gained in the preschool years, can determine reading success in later grade school.

At Noah’s Ark Christian Preschool, we introduce a variety of learning styles to enhance alphabet learning. We use phonics programs to assist children in learning the letter sounds. We practice beginning word sounds and syllables. Writing opportunities abound. We introduce print and vocabulary in multiple formats to provide your child with the correct supports for strengthening their skills as they move into kindergarten.
